Research And Design Of Services Supply Chain Performance Evaluation System Facing Tobacco Commercial Enterprise

In the face of more and more drastic contest circumstances, tobacco commercial enterprise can operation policies be successfully carried out in order to gain contest advantages only if services supply chain performance is properly assessed. Perfect supply chain performance measurement is a most important research field in the following days. However, there is few perfect services supply chain performance measurement systems and methods by for now. Therefore, this paper study service's performance evaluatation system of tobacco commercial enterprise using SPSS,BP neutral network based on studying and analysising on services supply chain of tobacoo commercial enterprise.Firstly, in the dissertation, review the theory of services supply chain, and emphasisly analy custorn's expectation,service system model, and segment service target of tobacco commercial enterprise. Balanced Scorecard is employed to set up a system for structure of services supply chain of tobacoo commercial enterprise.Secondly, this paper, basing on the features of the services supply chain of tobacco commercial enterprise, according to the process of tobacoo commercial enterprise, put forward a set of services performance evaluation indexes system of tobacco distribution center and retailers using the statistical methods such as investigation questionnaire method and statistics analytic approach..Finally, this article presents ways to apply BP neural network model to evaluate the enterprise integrated performance and analyses the problems of BP neural network model's initial weight, middle layer design, practice samples selection and convergence. The implement of BP ANN that is based upon Matlab is demonstrated.BP neural network overcomes the insufficiencies of existing expert method, and quantifies the subjective judgment of experts in order to obtain a more objective evaluation of results. This paper presents a new method of evaluating tobacoo commercial enterprise's performance, which is based on BP's neural network. According to the index system that has been already set up, design the BP neural network (BPNN) imitation model. On the method of compute, the paper uses the GUI based on MATLAB to make network design and compute. Through the training and testing of lots of studying samples, the imitation model has been established. In the end, the paper proves the accuracy feasibiblity of the method with an example.
