On Performance Evaluation Research A Of Internal Supply Chain Of Automobile Enterprises Based On Network DEA

Along with the economic globalization and the rapid development of high andnew technology, enterprise’s external environment has changed with each passing day,the global economic landscape is changing at an unprecedented speed, moderncompetition is no longer the enterprise and the competition between the enterprises,but competition between supply chain and supply chain. Companies can survive in thefierce market competition, the key depends on the level of enterprise supply chainmanagement.The auto industry is considered is the impact on the economy, one of thelargest and the most representative industry, research on the automobile enterprise inthe supply chain performance evaluation, the development of auto industry and otherindustries has important significance for development of the supply chain. No internalsupply chain management has been set up for the auto enterprise, a good externalsupply chain management is almost impossible, so the enterprise internal supply chainperformance evaluation is necessary.This article mainly launches the research from the following three aspects: First,this paper introduces the research background and significance of this study from thetheoretical and practical perspective, and then defines research questions, clarifiesresearch content and methods. At the same time, the correlation theory, domestic andforeign related research content status are described.Second, through the analysis ofenterprise internal supply chain management, based on the SCOR model, combinedwith the characteristics of the network DEA, and analyzed and choose autombileenterprise supply chain performance evaluation index from the two aspects ofconsumption and output. Finally, introduce the modeling method of thnetwork DEA tobuild out of the automobile companies within the supply chain performanceevaluation model, with14automobile enterprises internal supply chain researchobject for analysis, verify the proposed listed automobile enterprise internal supplychain performance evaluation method is feasible and effective. At the same time it isproposed for the automobile enterprise internal supply chain management.Research results show that, from the overall average, the performance ofautomobile enterprise internal supply chain did not meet DEA effective, indicates that,on the whole, China’s auto industry internal supply chain efficiency is poor. Fromeach stage efficiency value, our country automobile enterprise internal supply c hain has advantage for sale link; Inadequate performance is purchasing and productionmanufacturing. Network DEA model and the traditional DEA model through staticcomparison, found that network DEA method can enable managers to go deep into theinternal decision making units, can be more in-depth understanding of the enterpriseoperation process.
