| Power Investment has the features of large investment and long construction period, to preserve and increase the value of state property, to enhance the effectiveness of overseas investment, is one of the major problems faced by power companies in foreign investment. Compared to the domestic power projects investment, investment overseas has greater risk. Therefore, to analyze the risk of power projects investment overseas, and to study its preventive measures, is important for power companies. Firstly, overseas projects investment risk theory is systematically studied, and the risks of overseas projects investment faced by power companies are chiefly expounded and detailed analyzed. Secondly, typical cases of overseas investment risk are studied and the experiences and lessons are summarized, which provides references for power companies to invest overseas projects. Then, the risk assessment methods and an empirical study are studied. Finally, combined with the actual situation in power companies, the prevention and control methods are researched, and the risk prevention and control system suitable for power companies from the enterprises themselves and the government levels, are built in the paper. |
