Research On Investment Risk Evaluation Of Overseas Industrial Parks Project Of A Company

In May 2017,the Summit of the “Belt and Road” International Cooperation was successfully held,which laid the foundation for countries to discuss the development plan.China has accelerated the process of overseas investment from “internationalization” to “globalization”.The overseas investment projects of Chinese enterprises are the core of the “One Belt,One Road”,and the overseas industrial parks,as a platform for international capacity cooperation,can systematically solve the political,legal,economic and cultural obstacles faced by enterprises “going out”.It can also form a group,reduce risks,and ensure the safety of overseas assets of enterprises,so it has become the best carrier for Chinese-funded enterprises to “catch the sea”.However,in recent years,the overseas investment of Chinese-funded enterprises has low performance and large investment risks.The main reason is the lack of risk management awareness and measures.Therefore,it is urgent to construct a corresponding risk management system to reduce the risk of overseas investment.The results of this paper can provide a useful reference for the internationalization of market competition for economic globalization in order to improve the risk management awareness of enterprises engaged in overseas industrial park investment in theory and practice.The purpose of this paper is to construct a risk management system for the investment of A company's overseas industrial parks,so that Company A can effectively identify,evaluate,warn and prevent overseas investment risks.First of all,by understanding the development history of Company A,the investment status of A company's overseas industrial parks,the status quo of investment risk management and the reasons for investment risks,the overall investment risk of A company's overseas industrial parks is grasped.Secondly,based on the risk management theory,the risk identification of A company's overseas industrial park investment is carried out,including the systematic analysis of the risk identification characteristics,identification process and impact factors of Company A.Thirdly,based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the investment risk evaluation index system of A company's overseas industrial park is constructed,and the investment risk evaluation weight of A company's overseas industrial park is determined,and an effective “risk assessment system” is constructed.Finally,based on the theoretical analysis of the investment risk system of A company's overseas industrial park,the application research of the company's Ethiopian project is carried out,and the measures for investment risk control of Ethiopia are proposed.
