The Empirical Study On The Construction And Management Of Beiqi Foton's Workshop

With the rapid development of the automobile industry in China, how to improve the construction management level must be paid more attention. The research topic is aimed at the project management of the construction and testing of new factory building by Automotive Engineering Research Institute of Beiqi (Group) Foton Automobile Co。, Ltd. Based on the review of project management theory, the engineering features of Foton's car factory building are Investigated, In order to direct the project construction and management, this paper applied the scope management theory, decomposing the work of contract management, quality management, schedule management, cost management, risk management, organization coordination management, information archives management and HSE management, proposing an idea about the construction management system which based on the process management about the eight scope management goals.
