In electricity markets,generator bidding behavior has a direct impact on the trading results.As a result, the research about this issue has a vital importance significance both in practice and theory. Based on the existing research,we make a systematic simulation for the study of generator bidding behaviors in different supply and demand levels and diffirent bidding strategies while the market is POOL accounted by unified MCP.The simulation is achieved by the method of multi-agent simulation based on the platform of Swarm. Through the simulation results, we can make a conclusion that the different supply and demand level,the different bidding mechanism and the different bidding strategies of power suppliers will have different influences and different impact level on market prices and power purchase costs.Based on above analysis.some suggestions that are good for the operator of electricity market are given.This new approach has a explore meaning to solve the problem of generator bidding behavior with mixed bidding strategy.It also make a lot of sense for developing a reasonable pricing mechanism and operating rules.
