Rare-earth resource is an important strategic material, plays a role in aerospace military field. In order to improve the rare earth plants'the level of profit, in resent years, scholars raise the model of product mix have solved the questions of the difficulty in jointing cost of production, the model of appropriate backlog have analysis the balance the opportunity cost of best-selling joint products order with the holding costs of lost with slow-moving joint product, the purity model have considerate economic purity and resource utilization effect. But because the characteristics of joint rare-earth production product nested, the joint products'price, yield, demand, influenced each other; the three models above required market information can't get. Aiming at the light production rare earth market in Baotou area, we research between plants'game and every plant's internal operation optimization to improve the precision of decision-making.The research of test in multi-agent with Game theory increasingly, the application of multi-agent research in the electricity market, steel market and the system simulation of operational production has a prominent effect. These documents have established a swarm situational platform to simulate test, which achieved gratifying successes. This text learns for this method, applying to research of multi-agent simulation in the Rare-earth market.This text make use java language to program swarm and design simulation model of multi-agent competition in light Rare-earth. In view of the characteristic of joint production, 4 types of Rare-earth products for each other are affected, mutual suppression. This text has discussed several of situations, considering the matching degree of demand share and material point (using Gini coefficient measured), trade capacity surplus coefficient, cost level difference amplitude within each enterprise and each product's configuration mode between the business enterprises. The text analyzes the different circumstances, what kind of measures to improve the profit of enterprise, provides the basis for decision-making of an enterprise.This text discusses a question that make"outsourced"to be an important factor in considering talking out the profits contrast, which there is a situation or not. It analyses the result of two cases. In case there is work outsourced, plants can leverage the management of outsourced, which outsource inferior products to other plants to increase profits, reduce the risk at decision, achieve maximum profit.
