Study On The Internal Control System Of Gansu Electric Power Corporation

The power sector in recent years gradually revealed a number of economic law on the issue of discipline to the enterprise's economy and reputation have brought some negative impact. One important reason of these illegal and criminal activities is the corporate internal control system is not complete, the management out of control. Power enterprises to adapt to information technology, international, market-oriented in the new situation and the economic environment, must build a sound, tight internal control system to enhance profitability, capital preservation as the main indicators of value-added asset management evaluation system.This article draws on domestic and foreign scholars on the forefront of internal control theory, combined with the power in Gansu province's current status of internal controls, noting the current internal control system's problems, analyzing the resulting reasons, to build a practical internal control system and the corresponding evaluation mechanism, and to propose specific measures to ensure the effective implementation of internal control systems.
