The Research On The Management Mode Of Condition-based Equipment Maintenance In Power Supply Enterprise

With the development of the grid, condition-based maintenance is replacing the traditional cycle-based equipment maintenance mode and becoming the dominant mode of power supply enterprises. Therefore, how to establish the corresponding management mode and mechanisms to promote the work to be well conducted becomes an important topic in urgent need of solution. In this paper, based on the study of related theories and the analysis of the present situation, a framework of the management mode and mechanisms based on equipment condition-based maintenance is proposed, and researches in the aspects of management ideas, target system, learning organization, standardized management and others are done. In the end, several implementation recommendations are put forward.
