Study On Interactive Development Of Producer Services And Urban Function

Since 1980s, the global industrial structure developed to trend from the "industrial economy" to "service economy" restructuring , highlighting the performance of the services sector to become an important engine of economic growth and an important symbol of modernization. Throughout the course of development of a number of international cities and the development trend, the city's modernization and internationalization of the process is always accompanied by services industry, in particular the rapid development of producer services. On the one hand, innovation and promotion makes the production of services in the spatial structure highly concentrated in large cities, due to the combined effect of a strong city. On the other hand, due to the production of services with high added value, low pollution, and strong driving characteristics, it caused a high degree of development and corresponding changes in industrial structure, not only moved to fill the "space" and become the city's leading industry, but also directly determines the allocation of urban space, structure and layout, and through the city's "outward" and "inward" function, and enhance the city agglomeration and radiation, and the "multiplier effect" to promote urban economic growth , for enhancing the city's comprehensive service functions and the city played an important role in competitiveness. Thus, the development of producer services and the promotion of urban functions complement each other and showed a kind of interaction relationship.Starting with the relationship between urban industry and urban function, the paper reviews the historical development track of urban function by taking urban leading industry evolution and industrial structure upgrading as main lines, and analyzes the co-rotating evolutional regularity and further discusses the association characteristics of urban industry and urban function. On the basis, the paper raised the system framework of three main urban functions, and attempts to attribute from the perspective of the human nature of urban functions revealed the essential requirements of urban development. Finally, the paper in-depth analyzes the interaction mechanisms of the producer services and urban functions, build a conceptual model. From a quantitative study point of view, the paper tries to apply the coupling degree model to evaluate the relationship between the producer services and the city function.
