Aerospace industry is our national strategic industry, is also the important component of advanced state manufacturing industry, and is a key strength in the state technological innovation system. In the aerospace industry, systematic engineering method is usually adopted to organize a large and complex project in an academy.This dissertation studied the interface availability of quality control for AS Academy based on the relevant management theory, and combined with the quality control system of aerospace military products. Through the in-depth analyses of key factors impacted the procedural interface; some physical measures were made to improve the operational efficiency. Consequently, some problems, which the interface of quality control system is not easy to identify and the operational availability not easy to appraise, were settled to ensure the successful operation of quality control system in the whole Academy. In the first chapter, it is introduced briefly the inventory survey of quality management in AS Academy and general conditions of project study. It was sampling inquiry that human resources engaged in AS Academy quality management. On the basis, some suggestions that quality management personnel provided about the process interface control for AS Academy quality management in the investigation were summarized, and then the interface relationship was identified in the side of management document. The purpose of project research was stressed lastly in the first chapter, namely, interface problems were found by identifying the process and interface relationship in AS Academy project quality management to search and firm the direction of improvement. Procedural interfaces in all levels of AS Academy quality management system were identified by applying management theory and methods of quality management and project management. Its performance availability was analyzed systematically to raise special corrective measures. Further, decision base was supplied to improve the operational efficiency of AS Academy quality management system. In the second chapter the procedural interface recognition was keystone. Specific methods of recognition were defined according to the identifying scope. Many methods were adopted in the study. according to specific model product, it was main identifying form of questionnaire, and assisted some informal discussion. concurrently, procedural interface information was collected through different channels. Schematic diagram of procedural interface was drawn for AS Academy military product quality management. On the basis of statistical analysis of abundant investigating material, according to GJB 9001A-2001 standard, procedural interface recognition and performance availability were appraised respectively for each process and relevant supporting process from contract signing to product delivery.In the third chapter good and bad factors of performance were analyzed in-depth on the basis of effective recognition of procedural interface. The availability audit which expanded around the procedural interface performance was finally introduced. According to the analyses and audit results, the procedural interface recognition and managerial effectiveness were defined. The author represented that all scientific research and production in Academy were planed as a whole in systematical thought, the relationship among general contractor, subcontractors, and relevant contractors should be clear. those existing problems were settled in systematical and specific methods. An effective AS Academy quality management system fit actual situation could be built ultimately under those conditions.In the fourth chapter, some measures were introduced to improve the procedural interface availability of AS Academy quality management system from two aspects of systematized method application and process management intensification.The study result showed AS Academy owned a good base of quality management, and procedural interface performed fundamentally smooth. However, some problem were also occurred that some interfaces of quality management document were in the wrong places, some procedural interface plans were not clear, some communication channels were not smooth or communication could be conducted in time. An effective AS Academy quality management system fit actual situation could be built ultimately under those conditions that the good base of AS Academy could be utilized fully, all scientific research and production in Academy could be planed as a whole in systematical thought, the relationship among general contractor, subcontractors, and relevant contractors be clear, the procedural interface management could be strengthened in the scope of Academy, and the process decision availability be improved, and those existing problems were settled in systematical and specific methods.
