The Application Of Total Quality Management In Czech Chen Solar Energy Project

Among construction project management processes, quality management is one of the more crucial elements. In this paper, it conducts in-depth research on quality management process and control objectives in Jie Chen solar energy project. The use of total quality management PDCA method of physical construction quality control, achieved the desired effect.The purpose of this paper is to project the use of the project implementation process of quality management theory to guide the work of the practice. The 21st century is the century of quality. Throughout the development of world history, human society has now entered the quality of the century. With the globalization of the manufacturing sector and the development of information technologies, competition among enterprises has been developed from regional competition to the global competition. The quality competition is the key factor to enterprises competition and market competition, so how to ensure and continuously improve quality of the products has become an increasingly fierce market competition in an invincible position. To this end, the developed countries around the world regard quality as a social problem and carry out quality education as a basic national policy. In such a quality century, I think that the implementation of TQM in the construction industry is to ensure construction quality and an effective method.The first chapter briefly introduces the existing quality management problems in Czech Chen solar project and explains the background of project quality management, the quality objectives, and quality grade. This leads to quality problems of achieving the project's quality objectives. The paper summarizes the main problems which are short construction period, the weakness of technology, prominent design issues and influential factors. Then leads to further analysis of the causes of quality problems.Chapter II analyzes the causes of project quality issue based on instance of Jie Chen solar projects. Mainly it's the conflict between quality and progress, quality and cost, quality and safety, quality and resource allocation, and describes the conflict among these relationships.Chapter IV focuses on study of the implementation of application process in total quality management project and gives a detailed introduction from the content, characteristics, and significance and work procedures. Jie Chen solar projects combined with total quality management planning, execution, inspection and treatment carried out in four phases in detail. Total quality management is the core of the four stages:The first stage is called Planning, shortly is P.The main content of this stage is through market research, user access, and the state program instructions, find out the quality requirements of users to determine the quality policy, quality objectives and quality plans.The second stage is initiating, which is also called as D (Do).This stage is to implement the provisions of the P phase, as the basis of quality standards for product design, prototype, test, including the implementation of the plan before the training.The third stage is checking, shortly is C.This stage is mainly in the planning or execution after the implementation process, check the implementation, whether the expected results.The last stage is transaction, which is also called A.Chapter IV is a solar energy project to upgrade Jie Chen of total quality. In recent years, TQM is increasingly being valued by entrepreneurs in large countries, has evolved as a scientific management system. From central to local, from government to enterprises, all sectors of economic globalization for the rapid development and financial turmoil arising from the opportunities and challenges, to attach great importance to the quality of work. Taken to enhance the quality of the work of the enterprise, government, social work, all enterprises and self-discipline, competition, government oversight,"three-pronged approach,"Clearly the quality of local government work in product liability,"rule by law"and a series of measures to achieve the overall level of product quality. With the popularity of quality certification, domestic major companies at this stage have made the certification body of quality management system certification, which indicates that it has been carried out in accordance with international standards, standardized management. But in fact, construction work was not done as products for mass production factories, construction projects vary the content, quality management system can only play the role of the general guarantee. Quality of the project merits, ultimately depends on the planning, design, construction, inspection and maintenance, and other links.Quality control standards.
