Since 2012 with the production volume in a straight line increase of private cars,in 2017,domestic car brands compared with the same period in 2016 increased production and sales growth of 3.02%,3.37% growth for years to keep the world leading level,China's auto manufacturing scale expands unceasingly,not only with the advancement of made in China,2025,in China's manufacturing industry both in China's national enterprises and wholly foreign-owned enterprises must improve the quality of enterprise management level,employees need to implement the product quality to each working point,in order to improve the product quality as our duty will be high quality car brand image is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people is an important means to improve enterprise competitiveness,as with car quality is closely related to the quality of coating process,coating project quality has decided the vehicle production quality.R company fluid solution team in the automobile coating project of the past to save some quality management problems,its organizational structure is not adapt to the quality management of the implementation of the comprehensive,when quality problems cannot be timely formulate really feasible solution;In terms of quality management of suppliers,there are also many problems.For example,if the mechanical suppliers do not solve the quality problem completely,the delivery of goods delivered by outsourcing suppliers cannot meet the needs of customers.The risks that should be addressed during the design phase and installation phase are not identified and discovered.In this paper,with some glue project as the research material,through the analysis of the structure found in the organizational structure of quality management implementation does not match the part,supported by relatedcompany leadership,to the detriment of quality management to promote to adjust the organization structure.In view of the quality problems caused by unclear customer demand,the management method of quality house is quoted,and the customer demand is qualitatively defined in the technical requirements of the product,so as to improve the market competitiveness of the adhesive project.Adopt failure mode and consequence analysis to prevent quality problems caused by design and installation.Take advantage of quality planning to control and manage the overall quality of the project,improve customer satisfaction,and deliver qualified projects.At the same time,the systematic review of the quality management is extended to the quality management of outsourcing project,and the theoretical basis for the identification of the quality risk of outsourcing project is established.This study is a reference for similar project quality management and can be used in other coating projects.
