The aim of enterprise training is that the staff can improve their skill and accomplishment, and the enterprise can enhance its competitiveness, and then the organization can achieve its goal of development and performance. The effective training is able to accelerate the speed of enterprise's development and the accomplishment of the goal. The innate humanism of performance technology provides guidelines and strategies for improving the effect of the training. Individual will and positive attitude ensure the training's optimal effect. So it is the fundamental way to ensure the training's effectiveness that building a humanized training system based the idea and method of performance technology. This study starts with the factor of the training's effect, and then makes a thorough inquiry on the current situation of the enterprise training, further concludes the problems and seeks the reasons, finally makes a conclusion that humanized training can ensure the effectiveness. The research finds that it is possible to advance the humanized training for performance technology by in-depth analysis on performance technology. At the same time, the thesis brings forward some specific strategies. The last part of the article builds a humanized training system based on performance technology, and examines the achievement.The main body is divided into five chapters:Chapter one is the introduction, to explain the research background of the thesis, the purpose and meaning of the research, the main content and approach of the research.Chapter two is the analysis on the current situation of the enterprise training. To compare domestic and international theory and practice research, and then summarize the important factor that affect the effectiveness of the enterprise training: corporate culture, training institution, training resources, and the state of the staff. The staff's training motive is the main fundament, and it is the center of other factors. This part also focuses on the problems and causes of domestic training. Lack of capital investment and resources, inadequate training competence of trainers, lack enjoyable work environment for the training consequence are influence the training motive and interest of the staff. A training system like that is not humanized; therefore, it is an effective way to improve the effectiveness of the training that building a humanized training system.The main content of chapter three is to discuss that performance technology is the effective method to build a humanized training system, and then explain the possibility, and put forward a few of specific strategies. First, this part expounds the concept and characteristics of humanized expertise training. The core of humanized expertise training is that the training is guided by the development strategy of the expertise, and is employee-centered, and respects and trusts in staff. The training must reflect the employees'initiative, the rigidity of the institution, and the flexibility of the culture and the needs. Second, it gradually discusses the innate humanized factors of performance technology by explaining the origination and theory that performance technology is based on, then discusses that it is possible for performance technology to forward the achievement of humanized training. Finally, the thesis puts forward some specific strategies for promoting the humanized training guided by the application model of performance technology, which are humanized management, the building of expertise culture, the comprehensiveness of the training needs analysis, variety of training content and method, the choice and cultivation of the trainer, the supervision of the training process, work environment which is proper for training consequence translates into work performance, assessment in all phases of the training.Chapter four has the task to build the humanized enterprise training system and examine the effect of the system. Guided by the strategies proposed in chapter three, the humanized enterprise training system has four aspects as follow: management system, training resources, training process, and the assessment. Management system focus on the management concept, training concept and incentives; training resources pay attention to the improvement of teaching material, environment and trainer; training process perfects the steps of needs analysis, planning, the choice of material and method, organizing and the supervision; training assessment emphasis the all phases assessment includes the assessment before training, on training, and after training. Then, the building system has to be examined in TianWei group. The thesis chooses the review of the welder eligible as the research case. Besides, the training of designing the employee's career for manager intends to employ the humanized system, and now is preparing. The purpose of this training project is to supervise the manager to apply the training content, and make good environment for the translation of training consequence, thus the concept of humanized training gradually spreads. On the other hand, it reflects the implementation through the usage of the training content by managers; this is an effective way to examine the effect of the humanized enterprise training system. Finally, this part analyzes the implementation.Chapter five is the conclusion. It concludes the result of the research, points out the innovations and the defects and the direction for research in future.
