XSJ Company mainly engaged in quartz glass and solar-grade poly-silicon business. The Company in order to achieve long-term development, by research and development, it has owned independent intellectual property rights of low-cost physical method Preparation of solar-grade poly silicon. The Poly-silicon construction projects require substantial investment, which makes the XSJ needs more fund immediately. Therefore, the studies of XSJ company venture capital financing issues, which can help XSJ identify financing strategy and design of specific financing options. At the same time, it is also a good example for other enterprises reference.This thesis is divided into six parts; the first part is the Introduction of the background and significance of this article, as well as research ideas and research methodologies. This article focuses on analysis of the criteria of Chinese enterprises going to listing on GEM, from the listing requirements, listing costs, etc. the conclusion is that Start-up Company should choose IPO on the GEM in Shenzhen.
