As economic globalization is continuing to develop deeply, foreign corporation becomes the world's important economic component. In order to develop the Chinese giant market, many well-known multinational corporations enter China massively. These foreign corporations expect to win more opportunities in China, but also increasingly face more crises. How to carry on the crisis public relations which acts as circumstances permit is becoming especially important. Therefore, the foreign corporations in China need to find the approaches to achieve the missions above especially, they always face the related problems which appeared when they try to use their original and mature applications of communication which fix the crises normally worked well. As soon as they pay more attention on these issues they can learn and understand the specific national conditions of China in the different fields better, they can creative more profit in China. By summarizing the present situation of the crisis public relations of foreign corporations in China and using the model of crisis public relations to analysis the concrete cases, also referring to the viewpoints of the other crisis public relations articles, this essay is to discuss the questions of crisis public relations of foreign corporation in China and to put forward the recommendations of the crisis public relations localization. First of all, according to the crises of credit which is happened on the foreign corporations in China, we should rethink the strategies of marketing and communication leading to the right direction of it currently to solve the related problems. Secondly, foreign corporations should pay more attention on the four objects of crisis public relations; thirdly, it is necessary for foreign corporations in China to follow certain formulas of crisis public relations.
