The Research On The Administrative System Of China's Property Management Industry

In China, the Property Management industry has primitively arisen in the costal area since early 1980s, which has been developing for twenty years and makes a rapid progress.It is more socialization and professional than other industries.However, Property Management Administration has suffered several problems,for instance, theory always falls behind practice. The paper is based on Administration theory and principle, combining with present situation and features of the Property Management industry,the emphasis of which is to discuss compounds of Property Management and Administration,in this way,the research will provide some materials for governments,enterprises,owners and so on.This paper includes six chapters in total. Chapter One is about basic content of this paper. Chapter Two is about problems of Property Management industry.Chapter Three is about basic administrative theory,such as administration and administrative organization.Chapter four analyses Property Management Administration and administrative organization,including the administrative system,the classification about departments,the basic administrative functions of departments.Chapter Five introduces the content of property management regulations and the procedure in formulate regulations.Chapter Six talks about improving the administrative system of property management industry in our country and points out that it needs the improvement of relative systems such as legal system.
