The Study On Finance Support For Undertaking Industry Transition Of Western Region

Undertaking industrial transition is an important way for the backward areas to promote the regional economy development. Now the gap between the Eastern region and Western region of china has been very great, the eastern region is undergoing industrial restructuring and upgrading, attracting and guiding the "turn out" industry to settle in the Western region is a shortcut for the development of Western economy. However, industrial transition is the result of the integration of many factors, such as the government, enterprises and individuals.Industrial transition needs financial support, but the financial system of Western region is not completed, the level of financial accumulated is low, the financing platform services are lag, the credit management system is draggled, the financing channel is narrow, the financial product is sole and the innovation is lack. All of these factors have greatly restricted the process of the industrial transition of Western region.In order to meet the finance demand of industry transition better, the western region needs to establish modern financial system that can support the industrial transition and provide sustained financial power and more focused, more flexible financing arrangement. This article analyzes the status of finance and industrial transition of the Western region, demonstrates the interaction between finance and industrial transition, summarizes the constraints and the reasons for industrial transition of the Western region, and then raises the recommendations. This study is along with the actual situation of China's economic development, focusing on the feasibility, pertinent and feasible to solve the practical problems, and it has stronger theoretical and practical significance, it can support some guidance to promote the undertaking industrial transition of Western region.
