The Survey On Civil Construction Energy Conservation Of Qianan

Civil construction energy conservation means regional planning,urban system planning,urban planning and construction planning, designing, constructing and using the implementation of the existing technical measures of energy saving standards for buildings, ensuring the quality of buildings and indoor environment and reducing building energy consumption, and more efficient use of energy. At present, the building energy consumption accounts for about one-fourth of the country's total energy consumption; therefore, the implementation of Civil Construction Energy Conservation bears on the implementation of china's energy objectives. The author visited the relevant offices in Qianan city, had a discussion with the relevant persons, and obtained the first-hand information. On the basis of discussion, the author investigated and analyzed the current situation and reasons for civil construction energy conservation, presented several problems about Qianan in dealing with civil construction energy conservation, studied the ways to solving problems. The paper is divided into three parts:Chapter one is about the reality and reasons analysis of civil construction energy conservation in Qianan. This part focuses on survey on civil construction energy conservation of Qianan city. The author summarized the trends of civil construction energy conservation, and analyzed the reasons for the current trends.Chapter two is about several problems about Qianan in dealing with civil construction energy conservation. This part focuses on problems encountered in the judicative process.Chapter three is about the study on preventive measures ad solutions to the problems of civil construction energy conservation of Qianan city. In this part, the author presented the ways to solve problems.
