SMEs are an important economic activity in our part in promoting economic growth, but also enrich people's material and cultural standard of living and to address the pressure of urban employment has made effective contributions. However, a shortage of funds for SMEs to become widespread problem, but also small and medium enterprises is a bottleneck. Although China's capital market has experienced 30 years of development, gradually matured, but the SMEs because of their poor credit and guarantees based on such factors as diversity of financing difficult to access the funds, ultimately need to resolve the problem by bank loans.This study first proposed the need for SMEs to credit rating issues, detailed analysis of the content of SME development, current status, reasons for the difficulties financing obtained to establish the importance of credit rating of SMEs. Secondly, the analysis of the current domestic and international credit rating of SMEs to solve the main theoretical methods, including credit rating of SMEs origin and development, legal environment and representative to support the model. Once again, put forward based on factor analysis of SME credit rating model is feasible. Combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis of two methods, the company's financial indicators and non-financial indicators of scientific and rational analysis of integrationCome effective SME credit rating prediction model, and tested. Finally, the Western Metal Materials Co., Ltd. for the study, an empirical analysis of its credit rating, obtained credit of the enterprise, and enterprise development strategies put forward proposals.
