However, it has the characteristics of large investment, long time limit of construction, lots of participant and complex natural environment, Therefore, There will be various cost risks during the construction. Each participation of construction project is faced with every kind of risk. If do not prevent, it probably will increase the cost of construction, effect the construction go on wheels, even will result in severe sequel. Therefore, How to Identify, measure, evaluate cost risk of project construction, and take appropriate risk prevention measures to minimize damage and loss caused by the cost risk factors of highway construction are primary problem to solve urgently in risk management of Highway Engineering.Based on the highway construction industry background of understanding and analysis, described the necessity and significance of research on cost risk in the construction of Highway Engineering. using expert investigation method on the cost risk of highway projects of the whole process of an Omni-identify, and classify and statistic the identified risk factors using of the risk chart, finally, analyze dentally these risk factors by culminating the survey data. Application of the combination of distribution models and gray cluster analysis to measure and evaluate the cost risk of highway construction based on the risk identification. And stand in the position of the owners; work out effective control measures for the identified risk factors that need to focus on prevention. Finally, the theory is applied to the actual case Concerning cost risk analysis of Xu Pu highway in Hunan, and the example is illustrated to verify the feasibility of the presented model and developed preventive measures.The results show that the new of method and means on research, and provides a certain reference value for risk management personnel in cost risk management of the highway project.
