As China's economic take-off, the real estate industry has been rapid development. However, since 2008, due to the global financial crisis and many other factors, China's real estate market prices fell, real estate development has slowed the pace of investment, integrated climate index showed a downward trend. For the unexpected financial tsunami, the company's ability to resist risk seems particularly important.This article , through the Analytic Hierarchy Process, determines the weight of the various financial indicators,then arranges the various indicators in descending order according to the weights, selects the total weight to 0.850 of the financial indicators, removed other financial indicators according to 0.850 base point , establishes a financial risk evaluation index system in the core of financial indicators.Integrating the basic principles of AHP and GRAP, forms AHP-GRAP. Evaluating the financial risk of 65 listed companies in the real estate industry through AHP-GRAP, obtains the value of the company's financial risk evaluation, clears the status of the companies'financial risk and their development situation, has the warning significance for the further development of listed companies.At the same time, through the comprehensive evaluation of the results, analysis to the financial situation of 65 listed companies in the real estate industry in China, then presents a reasonable strategy to avoid financial risk. The Gray Relational Analysis Process is a simple, clear comprehensive evaluation method. This method further perfects the Gray Relational Analysis Process, increases the science and rationality of evaluating. It has broad application prospects in other industries.
