Along with the integrated seven seas, more and more foreign-invested enterprises had come into china and cooperated with enterprises in china using OEM mode. During the cooperation process, these overseas companies which had good product brand had shown kinds of need, the article had explained the solution using actual example for the product quality requirement from customer. In the end, we will evaluate the effectiveness for the method.Firstly, introduced OEM development current status and OEM X company, then explain the customer urgent requirement for quality control base on the quality importance; later we show the theory which is related with the thesis,such as quality cost and human resource theory.Quality cost theory include the concept and character,theory of latest quality cost class and composing and concept of quality earning and measure etc.Analyzed the current OEM character of enterprises in china and difference between OEM mode and Non. OEM mode, present future OEM development direction and foreground, has a SWOT analysis base on China factory; Analyzed the current status of quality management for OEM factory and discuss who should be responsibility for the product quality, point out the brand enterprises should be responsibility for the product quality. Base on the situation, the brand should join in and require the JQE (Jointed quality engineer) to help manage and monitor the quality management and actual status for OEM factory and report them to customer once customer's need.Meet customer's requirement of quality control for OEM company, introduced the OEM factory organization and customer service of quality assurance dept. present the JQE recruited requirement,training,function,responsibility and basic concept.Finally, analyzed for the quality cost of customer service of OEM X factory, verified the effectiveness for the management of customer service using quality earning.
