The core of total quality management lies in employee participation.The responsibility of employee participation in enterprise quality management practice will have a significant impact on all aspects of TQM quality management practice.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of small customers,Dai Minghuan is used to carry out quality management activities of aerospace product manufacturing enterprises with continuous improvement of process.The degree and responsibility of employee participation will affect the products.Outputs or services have a direct impact.This paper takes the actual situation of quality management in H enterprise as the specific research object.On the basis of reading and referring to some literatures,this paper considers employee participation responsibility as a control variable,puts forward the conceptual model of TQM employee participation and QM performance,and then carries out empirical research to explore the mechanism between employee participation,accountability and QM performance.Finally,it explores the mechanism between employee participation,accountability and QM performance.According to the research results,the specific countermeasures and suggestions for H enterprise are put forward.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1.Information sharing,decision-making participation and team cooperation among employees are the content expression of TQM employees' participation in H enterprise;rationality explanation,initiative,quick response and sense of responsibility constitute responsibility;task performance,peripheral performance and adaptive performance constitute work performance.2.Team cooperation among employees can have a significant and positive impact on responsibility and job performance.Decision-making participation has a positive impact on job performance,but it only has a positive impact on peripheral and adaptive performance,while information sharing has a positive impact on task performance.Responsibility plays a mediating role in participating in decision-making and peripheral performance,teamwork and peripheral performance.3.In H enterprises,employees' participation is affected by different levels,and their performance will be different,but accountability will cushion the impact.These conclusions of this paper provide theoretical guidance for H enterprise managers to improve the quality management level.
