A manufacturing supply chain under time-sensitive consisted of an assembly manufacturer and a component supplier was discussed in the paper, and study the decision behaviors of agents on supply chain under four representative operation settings according to the thought of progressive extension. After analyzing decisions of centralized system and decentralized system respectively, R&D investment sharing policy and price subsidy strategy were proposed to coordinate both sides' risk and the income. Simultaneously this article formulates the decision-making which both satisfies the individual benefit and makes the whole supply chain system to be most superior. This paper solves problems from four aspects specifically:First of all, Research on R&D coordination in manufacturing supply chain under time-sensitive demand and cost. After analyzing decisions of centralized system and decentralized system respectively, a R&D price subsidy strategy was proposed. The optimum R&D investment of the supplier and the optimum subsiding amount of the manufacture were discussed with game theory approach. Further more; the existence condition of game equilibrium and the coordination of supply chain were studied. Based on this, Pareto efficient cooperative R&D scheme between manufacturer and supplier was obtained. Then, a R&D investment sharing policy was proposed. In the end, a numerical example was given to compare the decision results under price subsidy strategy and investment sharing mechanism. The results showed that the price subsidy strategy of the manufacture could stimulate the R&D investment of the supplier; secondly, Research on R&D coordination in manufacturing supply chain under time-sensitive demand and price. Research on R&D coordination in a manufacturing supply chain under time-sensitive demand and price consisted of an assembly manufacturer and a component supplier. After analyzing decisions of centralized system and decentralized system respectively, the optimum market time of the supplier and the optimum subsiding amount of the manufacture were discussed with game theory approach. Further more; the existence condition of game equilibrium and the coordination of supply chain were studied. Based on this, Pareto efficient cooperative R&D scheme between manufacturer and supplier was obtained; once again, Research on R&D coordination in manufacturing supply chain under time-sensitive demand, price and cost. Research on R&D coordination in a manufacturing supply chain under time-sensitive demand, price and R&D cost when supplier increases the cost investment can reduce the R&D time. After analyzing decisions of centralized system and decentralized system respectively, the optimum cost investment of the supplier and the optimum subsiding amount of the manufacture were discussed with game theory approach. Further more; the existence condition of game equilibrium and the coordination of supply chain were studied. Based on this, Pareto efficient cooperative R&D scheme between manufacturer and supplier was obtained; finally, Cooperative R&D analysis in time-sensitive manufacturing supply chain under asymmetry information. A manufacturing supply chain consisted of an assembly manufacturer and a component supplier was discussed in the paper, price subsidy policy under both supplier's R&D capacity symmetry information and supplier's R&D capacity asymmetry information was analyzed, R&D decision model under different information conditions was constructed and the optimal solutions were found. The influence of information factors on supply chain R&D cooperation was revealed through comparing the decision results under different conditions.
