In recent years, international economic environment, the domestic environment of our country or even enterprise's own environment are all changing enormously, in order to adapt to the constantly changeable domestic and foreign environment, the administrators of enterprises must strengthen the management of the enterprises constantly, especially the management to the " People ". So, the human resources management gets the attentions of managers and scholars, and the new methods about human resource management are emerging.By influencing the psychological contract to strengthen the human resource management, which became a hotspot that is concerned by administrator and scholars.Under the background of China, this research mainly studied the hotspot -psychological contract, and chose the accounting and related clerks as the research object, because they are few studied in this domain. The relevant data are collected in Chengdu. The research is about the structure and the inner relationships of psychological contract for the accounting and related clerks, and the deep study about the influences between the psychological contract and the job involvement. The study started from discussing the documents about the psychological contract and the job involvement, brought out six hypotheses. The main hypothesis can be summarized as follow:It is more appropriate to describe the psychological contract of the accounting and related clerks with three-dimension model; In the inner relations of psychological contract, the influence of "organization obligation" to"employee obligation" is an reciprocal interaction relation; The psychological contract has a significant impact on the job involvement. Based on the study hypothesis, the research conducted a questionnaire survey and statistic analysis of the sample, which verified the hypothesis put forward in this research basically. Based on the conclusion of the study, the article gave some suggestions for the managers that how to raise job involvement by improving the psychological contract, and provided some inspiration for managing the accounting and related clerks.
