Psychological contract (PC) is a very important concept in the research of organization behavior,and is also crucial to the survival and development of any organization. The study on employee PC has been a public subject for quite a long time in the international academia. But the researches mostly focus on the content, structure, dynamic development and influencing factors about PC. There is short of the study for the industry of life insurance Company with its unique characteristics nowadays, while the life insurance companies play an important role in current economic.Based on a broadly research of relevant literatures on employee psychological contract, firstly, the article has detail summarized the current research result related to PC and its assessment methods. Secondly, the article has described the actuality and problem of the agents in life insurance companies in nowadays China. Thereafter, the author analyzed the PC's concentrate & discrete effect for agents. This article mainly uses the questionnaire research method, and also discusses the structure and intrinsic connection of the psychological contract in agents. The questionnaire includes three parts, which is organization obligation, employee responsibility and factor of agent's resignation. The author analyzed and verified the questionnaire's content structure and its result's efficiency via exploring & validating factor's investigation, and confirmed the questionnaire's valuation.By accordance analysis, the paper illuminate that it exists cognitive difference between the agents and Life Insurance Company. By discrepancy investigation, it shows the agents, whose have different working experience, have notable different understanding about employee's responsibility and cooperation & skills, while there are no material differences on their population characteristic. By coefficiency analysis, the paper shows there have the clear coefficiency between the organization's transaction & development obligation with employee's responsibility, so do in organization's transaction obligation with factor of agent's resignation. Then we realized the cognitive difference between the agents and the life insurance company, and recognize its effect to agents and Life Insurance Company. Finally, the article gave some suggestions for the agent's management in Life Insurance Company.
