| The article made a empirical research, according to the questionnaire for CDB Ningxia Branch employee. The SPSS for data analysis shows that, the employees’ psychological contracts build better, including overall higher level of awareness, a strong personal commitment to the organization’s willingness as a whole, little difference between the individuals and projects. The main problem is, employees are more likely to passively accept the management, good working conditions, lack of concern for the enterprise responsibility for their own career growth and the fundamental rights of individuals, less expect to participate in business decision-making. Results show higher for the basic personal job security commitment and are less willing to pay an extra effort. Different characteristics of groups (such as gender, position, age, academic qualifications and work experience), employee Psychological Contract varies. Also, if the enterprise is able to do the work to provide life care for our employees, help solve employees’ problems, the commitment by the staff to the enterprise is willing to be strong. If the company can not provide their employees with good salaries, benefits, a comfortable working condition, it has adverse effects on the willingness of corporate commitment.The psychological contract status of China Development Bank Corporation Ningxia Branch employee is affected by employee characteristics, organizational settings, management model and other factors. Therefore, we put forward the following suggestions:Establishing healthier and more balanced psychological contract between company and the staff, adopting diminishing business objectives and business philosophy, establishing the value commitment and value realization as the core value orientation, building employee and enterprise to full communication channels, the implementation of human resources management, establishing the people-oriented corporate culture, incentive mechanism. |
