Shaanxi Financial Ecological Environment Construction

One of the first phase researches on financial ecological environment problem in China after practicing study is to realize the function of reality financial system based on the condition of some macroeconomic and regime. The reason of financial risk in China is the internal governance structure of financial institution, while the more important reason is come from the bad external ecological environment of the financial system's living and development. In fact, the financial problem in China is a conflict mixture accumulated by the regime transform of police and economy.The rudder in this paper is based on the last financial ecological environment research. The foundation in this paper is Shaanxi province and Baoji city's financial ecological environment and a lot of domestic correlation method and experience. The methods in this paper are positive versus normative analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, analysis based on the combination of theoretical and practical. In order to effectively study on influence factor of Shaanxi province's financial ecological environment, this paper analyze the Shaanxi province's financial ecological environment condition and weakness part and surveys the relationship between American financial crisis and its financial ecological environment. This paper defines the meaning and the evaluation index system of financial ecological environment. It also states the important sense and affection on building the financial ecological environment and analyses the conduction of Shaanxi province's financial ecological environment from seven sides and points its weakness. It also analyses the influence factor to Shaanxi province's financial ecological environment. Then take Baoji city as a case by using the positive method from 2006 to 2009 and draw some useful suggestions. And then according the published research conclusion, this paper discusses the basic restriction, the index composition, the weight design of financial ecological environment evaluation index system of Baoji city, and establishes the index system. At last, some useful conclusions are drowning by using the index system. What's more, this paper addresses the American financial crisis and explains the financial crisis reasons including internal and external way. It also gives some advice to build up Shaanxi province's financial ecological environment and how to defend the financial crisis. Finally, this paper discusses the suggestions about how to build Shaanxi province's financial ecological environment based above theoretical and practical research.
