In recent years, with the development of economy and society as well as the popularity of the internet, E-commerce begins to affect people's lives. Internet shopping is one part of e-commerce. As a new way to shop, it brings people quickness, convenience and efficiency, which is accompanied by lots of problems. The characteristics of the network lead to the risks of online shopping, and these risks coexist with the social confidence. Therefore, social trust in online shopping is particularly prominent. Being the mainstream group of online shopping, more and more college students are taking part in. As is known to all, university students as a special group are more receptive to new things. However, the problems surface more clearly. The researches in this thesis in some way expand the field of study related to college students' consume. And this paper also analyzes the trust problems and effect factors brought out by students' online shopping from the perspective of social trust,thus gives a reasonable guide to college students' consumption. So that they can correctly understand what is online shopping and avoid the risk of it effectively. And all of the above are able to strengthen the trust of students and the whole society, as well as to promote a sound credit system in China.
