According to the modern enterprise'"people-oriented"concept of human resource management, this paper analyses and researches psychological contract and employees'job satisfaction in the employees of enterprise. Then it explores the relationship between the psychological contract and employees'job satisfaction, and search the effect of the establishment and maintenance of the psychological contract in advancing the employees'job satisfaction, in order to achieve the goal of retaining the excellent employee, increasing job satisfaction and promoting the overall competitiveness of the enterprises.On the basis of the theoretical review, the paper selects the employees of Jincheng Branch of Shanxi Tobacco Company as an investigation object. The initial questionnaire is adapted by Job Satisfaction Questionnaire, Psychological Contract Questionnaire and Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire. The research appropriates modifications to the questionnaire through the pre-test with small samples, and then confirms the final version of the questionnaire, concluding two sub-scales which are Psychological Contract Questionnaire and Job Satisfaction Questionnaire. The paper makes the data analysis by using statistical software-SPSS11.5. Through factors analysis of the two sub-scales, the perception of Psychological Contract Questionnaire is concluded into two factors, which are organizational responsibility and employee responsibility. The Job Satisfaction Questionnaire is concluded into five factors which are interpersonal relationship, job itself, meaning of work, superior leadership and development prospects.The research firstly studies the differences between psychological contract and employees'job satisfaction, and it analyses the relationship between the two variables with demographic variables. The conclusion is: (1)In the research on differences of psychological contract, the staffs with different gender, ages and lengths of service don't have significant differences, and the staffs with different educations and positions have different degrees. (2)In the research on difference of job satisfaction, the conclusion is the same as the differential analysis of job satisfaction. And there are differences in the educations and positions. (3)According to the analysis on the overall correlation, there are positive correlation in various dimensions of psychological contract and job satisfaction. (4)With the demographic variables, the research on specific correlation demonstrates that it exists coherence to the psychological contract and job satisfaction of staffs with different gender, and there are differences among the staffs with different ages, lengths of service and educations.
