The marketing scale of insurance market in China has increased more than 2000 times in the late 30 years. Under the circumstance of out-of-balance of insurance professional staff and the competition from the peers in and outside of China, it is severe that so many faculties have ran out of the insurance, which though helped the freedom division of the insurance market faculty, but moreover it has brought risk and loss to the management of insurance business with the result of obvious conflicts between employees and employers. Consequently, the key to the winning in the competition among insurance companies is how to attract, retain and inspire the excellent facultiesIn recent years, psychological contract and employee satisfaction have been widely applied in the practice of human resource management in enterprises. With the purpose of theory demand as feedback to the practice, the positive exploring has been undertaken in theory and used to verify with help of cases study and we have obtained some achievements。Based on the existed theories and practical research, the essay focuses on the internal staff in insurance companies and discusses the relationship among their job pressure, psychological contract and job satisfaction by means of induction and empirical approach. The study shows that there is a stronger tendency of withdraw from the job; the level of staff psychological contract and job satisfaction remains lower, both of which are influenced relatively by the demography variables such as sex, age, working terms, enterprise quality, income, educational background and so on, as well as resulting in certain individual difference; in psychological contract, there is positive correlation among all the factors related between companies'responsibility and staff responsibility, and between the psychological contract and job satisfaction; the influence of companies responsibility is much more obvious than of the staff responsibility towards the job satisfaction.On the basis of this study, the essay makes some suggestions on how to increase the level of job satisfaction:the employers should study the staff's psychology, behaviors from the view of organization and behaviors through appropriate management of psychological contract and organization of work efficiency with the purpose of achieving the steady, continual development of companies.
