The combination of accounting, information science and intelligent theory is based on this. And the goal of liberation of accounting work which will be done by computer instead of working staff is also the objective of accounting development.The traditional accounting is accounted manually, which is tedious and extremely error-prone. A large number of inefficient work not only waste lots of manpower, but also low the efficiency. In modern society, with the rapid development of computer technology, there is the opportunity for accounting development on the base of the network information technology. The function of accounting gradually evolves from the initial accounts processing to accounting calculation. with the accounting study going on, management accounting has gradually developed as an independent subject from the accounting.Not only the theory of accounting management has become more and more popular, but also are the accounting system software based on the accounting practice and accounting management theory by using of modern information technology development. However, because the accounting calculation is the basis of accounting, the majority of accounting management information system is based on the level of information and management. Many intelligent accounting software actually begin to work after accounting staff fill in accounting documents, registration books and preparing reports with their accounting professional judgments.Overview of the accounting research literatures, there is little discussion about the thinking judgments of the accounting staff. And one field of artificial intelligence is to make the computer has rational human behavior through a computer simulation of human rational thinking, so that the computer can have a "logical judgment." This paper takes the small and medium business inventories as an example to discuss the accounting rules of critical thinking and analyze judgments of accounting stuff in order to achieve the envisioned intelligent accounting.
