Zou Ping’s economic have presented a rapid development situation and have ranked in "The top100counties of China" for nine years. The small and medium-sized enterprises played an important role in Zou Ping’s economic development. However, there have been some problems which block the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises such as the high rate of employee turnover, the high degree of job burnout, the low degree of job satisfaction and so on. The problems would certainly have a bad influence to employee’psychological well-being, the quality of work and then the development of Zou Ping’s economic. The paper studies the turnover intention of small and medium-sized enterprises’staff from the angle of job satisfaction and job burnout. So far, the comprehensive research of job satisfaction, job burnout and employee’turnover intention have been almost a blank. On the basis of previous studies and combined with the Zou Ping’s current situation, the paper is specified to offer proposals for the management job of Zou Ping’s enterprise managers.Firstly, based on the domestic and foreign literature, this paper researches the connotation and representative theory of job satisfaction, job burnout and employee’s turnover intention. After that, based on the related theory, this paper constructs the model and theoretical assumptions. With the data collected from five small and medium-sized enterprises in Zou Ping and analyzed by software SPSS17.0, it is used to verify the theoretical assumptions. The analyses data show that employee have high degree job burnout and are unsatisfied with the opportunity for advancement, which significant direct impact on employees’ turnover intention. At the ending of the paper, the author gives a few pragmatic suggestions on how to raise the employees’job satisfaction.The innovations of the paper are constructing the model of job satisfaction, job burnout and employees’turnover intention and discussing the relationships among the three factors, which are enriching the current studying of employees’ turnover intention.
