Along with the"Profits Headspring"of producting realm increasingly drying up, people start to pay attention to"the Third Profits"-------currency realm. In 21 century, people gradually take the logistics seriously. Especially under the society and business enterprise's objective request, the Third-Party Logistics increasingly becomes the main current and is called"the Gold Industry"of 21 century. Along with the development of economy globalization and the information technology, more and more companies tend to outsource their logistics to the Third-Party Logistics enterprises. After more than ten years'development, the Third-Party Logistics markets have put up the characteristics with high potential, high increment speed. Since the Third-Party Logistics enters the views of people in 1990s, it has got the fast and fierce development. In additions, the market of the Third-Party Logistics in China resembles a big iceberg for digging and has a good foreground. Based on forecast, the Third-Party Logistics will be the main logistics form in 21 century.Based on the theory of logistics, this paper analyses logistics'condition and developing tends. Then it theoretically defines the Third-Party Logistics, analyses its theory background and operating, describes the Third-Party Logistics enterprises'form. According to case analyses, company takes one-to-one marketing model and succeeds. It is making a right model of development that is a key to the success for a company. According to analyses the development about our country and abroad countries, this paper finds out the gap between our country Third-Party enterprises and developed countries, achieving experience and inspire that we should learn. After these jobs, this paper analyses the core of our Small and Medium-Size Third-Party Logistics enterprises'development and success. Finally, this paper gives development artifices for our the Small and Medium-Size Third-Party Logistics enterprises.
