Lean Production Manufacturing is a variation on the theme of efficiency based on optimizing flow; it is a present-day instance of the recurring theme in human history toward increasing efficiency, decreasing waste, and using empirical methods to decide what matters, rather than uncritically accepting pre-existing ideas. As such, it is a chapter in the larger narrative that also includes such ideas as the folk wisdom of thrift, time and motion study, Taylorism, the Efficiency Movement, and Fordism. Lean manufacturing is often seen as a more refined version of earlier efficiency efforts, building upon the work of earlier leaders such as Taylor or Ford, and learning from their mistakes.After China joined WTO, a large number of foreign capital and well-known enterprise"soak into"Chinese market. The Manufacturing enterprise of China start focus on promotes its management level and the strength to fight with rival within the protection period of WTO Agreement.LEAN Management is a technology, precise mode of production is that kind of production administrative skill with innovative and forgiving nature. Enterprise which adopts precise mode of production in advance is able to be in favorable competitive position. When face the buyer's market, the mode of production will develop into the one with different kinds of varieties in a small amount from the single variety in a large amount. The precise mode of production emerges in this transition and its key idea is to only make valuable work, it should meet the demand of the market and can be fase.This thesis, with the analysis of the environment around the small and medium-sized enterprised's management, holds the point of view that small and medium-sized enterprise is in the face of the characteristics of production with many varieties in a small amount, and the demand for the quality and performance in the market and for the price in market competition have more and more high expectations, and so the promotion of precise mode of production in small and medium-sized enterprise is to become the mainstream of the reality of F Company, this thesis analyzes the bottleneck which influences the company's development strategy and proposes that to choose the precise mode of production is the assurance of realizing company's strategy of F company and explains the step to promote the LEAN strategy of production, the content of implementation and appraisal system. This article bring the concept of different LEAN tool like 2R1C, TPM, KAIZEN etc which emphasize the importance of the LEAN strategy to Chinese Manufacturing enterprises.
