The Research On Management Structure Of Family Firm

This thesis is composed of five parts. The first part is about how to define family firm and related theories. I try to define family firm properly. And I propose a method of case study to analyze this problem. The second part is the brief history of the firm which I have investigated. The third part is to prove that western economics theories are suitable for the management structure of the family firm which I have investigated. Firstly, this part proposes the study domain is management structure. Secondly, I analyze the main western economics theories which are used to analyze management structure. Finally, I would find out whether or not these theories are suitable for the management structure of the family firm which I have investigated. The forth part is the conclusion of this paper. The fifth part is the references this paper has referred.
