At the sametime, this paper based on an overall consideration of the cost of regional road network maintenance, proposed the solution of location problems in Highway maintenance centers in the regional road network, namely, the solution of Asphalt Mix Plant location problems.In this paper , resolution and verification of Models used the Basic Theory of the graph theory, operations research, genetic algorithms and so on. It introduces the examples of ChongQing local highway network planning, successfully applied mathematics software MATLAB programming to solve the location problem of regional road network maintenance in highway network, which may provide an idea for location problem Asphalt Mix Plant in actual application.
