Liangshuming's Ideology Of Countryside Construction On Culture Constrution In New Countryside

The construction of New Countryside has become an important task in our country. It is a wise decision on "agriculture-countryside-peasant" problem for the country and government. Essentially, the construction of New Countryside is prolonged and upgrading issure. In the theoretical circle, there are two ways to achieve modernization, one is endogenous, the other is non-endogenous. Secondly,its reasons are as follows, foreign cultures led to destruction of villages,while its destruction needs to countryside construction. And its purpose is to create a new culture and transform old countryside. Thirdly,the organization of countryside construction is rural areas and countryside. And its conditions are farmers'consciousness and intellectuals' participation. Lastly, its content concludes school and socialeducation. Further, Liang Shu-ming's countryside construction is manly practiced in Zouping Countryside, and it concluded establishment of rural and countryside schools, its self-defense, promote agriculture,development of culture and sanitation and so on, which has achieved encouraging results under Liang Shu-ming's effort.The sense of construction of New Countryside is richand meaningful, but the problems are complex.Among then, the culture issure is easily ignored, but the most prominent one. The culture construction of New Countryside are as follows, education, ideological problems and the culture construction of ountryside. Firstly, education problem, specifically, concludes adult education in countryside, basic education teachers and its "far from the farm" vocational education. Secondly, ideological problems are moral and faith crisis. Thirdly, the culture construction of ountryside conludes delayed construction of cultural infrastructure and single-style cultural activity in countryside. These above problems have a lot of negtive infulence on the construction of New Countryside.Liang Shuming's construction of countryside ideology concludes three parts, education should be regarded as the foundation, intellectuals should go to the countryside and school education should be emphasized. Firstly, its education is to cultivate new farmers, transform countryside, non-specialized teachers in basic education in primary and secondary countryside schools, spirit emphasis on skills of agricultural knowledge in agricultural knowledge and professional oriented agriculture course to cultivate future farmers. Secondly, intellectuals and university students should go to the countryside.
