The Survey On Influence Of Countryside Caretaker Personnel Present Situation To New Rural Reconstruction

As Chinese Process of industrialization, urbanization and modernization speeds up, a large number of surplus rural labors are transferred to the secondary and tertiary industries and towns. The building of a new socialist countryside is left to the countryside caretakers. What is the status of these persons, how can they take on the task of building new rural areas ? According to the countryside caretakers' questionaire and case interview, where the author lives, the article makes some research on the reasons and conditions of them from such five aspects as age composition, gender composition, cultural composition, production and living condition and so on .On the basis of detailed research we can see some problems below: in the current background , the left people are responsible for the task and playing important roles in building new rural areas , making positive contribution .But at the same time, there are same problems that should be paid more attention to, that is: First, the huge loss of the main labors cause the task of building new rural countryside very difficult ; Second, the current imbalance of the staying peasants cause the heavy burden of building new rural areas .Third, the lack of potential main peasants make the later construction fall behind the current age on themselves' quality, they can't make themselves in a line with the construction of building new rural countryside .At last, the article gives some problems that should be discussed and some of the measures proposed.
