In the order that the cash flows in the company, the analysis of subsystem predicting in G company include marketing analyzing, purchasing analyzing, producing analyzing, managing analyzing, investing analyzing, financing analyzing, cash management analyzing and financial statements analyzing, while The distress predicting for the whole company's behavior rely on a general multivariate linear predicting model.In the subsystem, the threshold of financial indicators which can mainly represent for the 8 aspects will be established by using 23 listed companies' quarterly financial data in coal mining industry in 2007-2009. The median, the mean and frequency distribution bar chart, which the threshold can be settled by comparing to, can be collected by using frequency analysis of SPSS 17.0 system.The predicting model measuring for the whole company's behavior in the coal mining industry will be settled by using the quarterly data of 23 healthy companies,11 distressed companies and 8 extremely distressed companies during 2007-2009, and the independent variables of the model will be tested by using correlation analysis.The predicting for the subsystem would be discussed in section three. Section four will show the variable selection and data collection. Modeling process is illustrated in section five, and the conclusion is in section six.
