The Research On The Theories And Application Of Enterprise Financial Crisis-Predicting System

Today's environment of market economics is complicated, so how to strengthen the predicting of enterprises financial crisis and establish the financial crisis-predicting system has become the imperative problem.At present, the research to financial crisis-predicting system both home and abroad is mostly the research of a certain kind of enterprise crisis-predicting model. In addition, only a few enterprises establish the financial crisis-predicting system and their main problems are lacking the theoretical guide. Based on the achievements of the predecessors devoted to the research of this field, this paper makes a thorough discussion on relative theories of how to establish a financial crisis-predicting system and boldly designs financial mechanics of organizing, running and responsibility system. We make a further study on the system with a method of quantitative and qualitative analysis by presenting practical examples, especially on quantitative analysis of Z Scoring Model and Duality Linear Model as well as F Scoring Model, LPM Multi-Linear Model, Logistic Regressing Model and Fisher Duality Linear Model. This paper focuses on the research of financial crisis-predicting system for an enterprise to trace, supervise, predict and eliminate the possibly coming crisis in the course of the financial operations. Therefore, the enterprise can avoid the damage that might be caused by the crisis.This article is divided into 5 parts: Part 1 states the definition, research purpose, significance, current situation of home and abroad of enterprise predicting crisis in finance; Part 2 discusses the meaning, characteristics, function and procedure of enterprise predicting crisis finance system; Part 3 states the organizing principle of enterprise predicting crisis finance system and makes the searching research to the establishment of the mechanism of organizing, operating and liability. At the same time, this part points the problem that should be noticed in the organizing process; Part 4 discusses the analytic method and application of enterprise predicting crisis finance system, and in particular, makes the comparison research to the amount analysis of several crisis predicting model; Part 5 analyzes the application to the enterprise typical cases.
