Long-term up, the economic growth of Xinjiang depends on investment and foreign trade, as the contribution of the economic growth of Xinjiang ,which producted by the consumer demand has become lower and lower. This has become an obstacle to prevent the sustainable economic development of Xinjiang Therefore, the discussion on how to increase consumer demand of Xinjiang has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, the status of consumer demand of Xinjiang and the change and development over the past decade, based on the Keynesian theory of consumption these factors what affect consumer demanding is divided into micro and macro factors. In the way of analyzing Micro factors, by reference to the extended linear expenditure system model, from both vertical and horizontal regression analysis, to analyze income, prices, the marginal propensity and their impact on consumer demand . In the analysis of macroeconomic factors, mainly through analyzing these factors ,which contains the distribution of income, interest rates, government action, industry structure, population composition and consumption of environmental factors,to determine their respective impact on consumer demand in Xinjiang .Finally, from the characteristics of consumer demand in our region, from the specific factors, from the point of view of ensuring our region's rapid economic and sustainable development, put forward some specific suggestions and solutions of expanding of consumer demand in our region and optimizing the consumption structure in our region.
