The Theory And Application Of The Residential Water Pricing

Water is the source of life, an important material resources for human survival and development,thus it needs full effort and practice to develop and utilize the limit resources rationally.China has proposed the theme of establishing resource-saving and environmentfriendly society after the “11th Five-Year Plan”. Based on this background and views,this paper summary the research achievements of predecessors, puts forward the simulation for urban water price, we also use the data of Guangzhou to carry on the empirical survey. This paper firstly dissertates from the value of quasi-public goods theory, put forward the factors of water price, supply and demand equilibrium pricing system. Then, based on the research at home and abroad in water pricing theory, especially the low-income. Based on the above theoretical analysis, it put forwards the panel extended linear expenditure model to proceed the empirical analysis; Secondly this article focuses on the quantitative calculation and comparison of different laddering water price structure, we consider that the structure and the basic water price match to current income are equal important.
