The Research On Technological Innovation Efficiency Of Large And Medium Sized Industrial Enterprises In Xinjiang On The Perspective Of Industry

Large and medium sized industrial enterprises often play an important role in the economic development of a country or a region. With the development of global economic and fiercer competition environment at home and abroad, technological innovation has become the decisive factor for the development of large and medium seized industrial enterprises. Technological innovation efficiency is a critical factor influencing economic growth of an enterprise and making the enterprise more competitive. Therefore, how to improve the technological efficiency of large and medium seized industrial enterprises has become the focus of people.On the basis of reviewing the related research at home and abroad, the thesis briefly analysis the basic meaning of enterprise's technological innovation efficiency and evaluate the status of enterprises'technological innovation performance of large and medium seized industrial enterprises of Xinjiang in 2008, and takes the technology activity data of large and medium sized industrial enterprises in 2006 and 2008, as samples, and calculate the technological innovation efficiency of large and medium sized industrial enterprises in seventeen different industries in Xinjiang in 2008, by applying data envelopment analysis model and the software DEAP2.1.The focus is the comparison and analysis on large and medium sized industrial enterprises in the industry and other industries. The research proves that there are nine industries in which large and medium sized industrial enterprises are up to the standard of DEA efficiency in 2008,and other eight industries in which large and medium sized industrial enterprises fail to up the standard of DEA efficiency . The whole technical innovation efficiency in these eight industries witness obvious reduction, and seven of them are under the average value of all industries. This indicates that it is critical to narrow the gap of technical innovation efficiency of large and medium sized industrial enterprises of all industries.On the basis of research, through the comparative analysis, the thesis analyzes the industries in which the technical innovation efficiency of large and medium sized industrial enterprises fail to up the standard of DEA efficiency, and find the reason for the low technical innovation efficiency and thus proposes the suggestions on the improvement of technical innovation efficiency of large and medium sized industrial enterprises in Xinjiang. At last, the thesis makes expectations on the following research.
