The Evaluation And Research On Technological Innovation Efficiency Of Large And Mediumsacle Industrial Enterprises In Xinjiang

In the process of entering the era of knowledge economy and economic globalization, the regional technological innovation system has become the traction machine of regional economic development and social progress. Regional technical innovation efficiency plays an important role in determining on the long-term sustainable development of regional economy and it is a critical factor that influences a region's economic growth and regional competitiveness .So how to improve the efficiency of regional technological innovation has become the focus of attention.On the basis of reviewing the domestic and foreign related research, the paper give a brief analysis of the basic meaning of regional technical innovation efficiency, introduce and evaluate the status of large and medium-scale industrial enterprises in XinJiang in 2006, take the technological activity data in large and medium-scale industrial enterprises of China's 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in 2004 and 2006 as the sample, calculate China's regional technological innovation efficiency of large and medium-scale industrial enterprises in 2006 using data envelopment analysis of the B2C model with the software DEAP2.1, and analyze the technological innovation efficiency of Xinjiang's enterprises with emphasis. The positive results show that: the technological innovation efficiency of large and medium-scale industrial enterprises in Xinjiang in 2006 is very low, the efficiency value is 0.48 and in the penultimate row, and there is a big gap with the developed areas; only looking at the five northwestern provinces of enterprises technological innovation efficiency, Xinjiang enterprises technological innovation efficiency countdown to the first rank. This indicates that to improve Xinjiang enterprises technical innovation efficiency and reduce the efficiency gap with other regions is a very crucial issue.On the basis of empirical research, the paper analyses the reasons that lead to the low technological innovation efficiency of large and medium-scale industrial enterprises in Xinjiang by contrasting Xinjiang with Guangdong, Zhejiang and the other four northwest provinces, and based on this, the paper propose some suggestions on improving Xinjiang enterprise technology innovation efficiency. Finally, the paper carries on a forecast to the following research.
