In order to improve investment decision-making power construction projects correctness, science, the urgent need for power construction projects to improve the level of comprehensive economic evaluation to help improve power business investment, construction and operation management level.This major work done summarized as follows: (1) power construction projects in the past, the economic evaluation of results and practice based on a project to improve comprehensive economic evaluation. (2) the establishment of a comprehensive economic evaluation of power projects of the index system, and determines the weights, the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method could be applied to comprehensive economic evaluation of power construction projects.
