Construction Costs Dynamic Grey Forecasting Methods

Project cost management is critical for enterprises. Project construction cost management focus on cost control, cost forecasting is the key to the construction cost control. As a special feature of the existence of building products, making the cost at this stage how to effectively predict, will become the key to cost management.Construction cost of a complex, many factors, involving a large number of uncertainties, this has cost prediction difficult. This thesis analyzes the basis of other prediction methods to control the status of the construction cost as the basis, establish a target system-level dynamic prediction, prediction of the cost of construction plans and construction cost prediction model.From the theoretical and empirical applications to verify the feasibility of the model, the results show that the model is of high relevance.
