With the rapid development of highway construction in China,it is necessary to bring in green construction to solve the problem of resource consumption highly and environmental pollution seriously during the construction phase of the highway,whose purpose is to promote the sustainable development of highway construction.However,because it is difficult to understand correctly the incremental cost components of green construction for most construction companies,it is impossible to scientifically predict the incremental cost of green construction,which makes it difficult to effectively manage and control the cost during the construction process.All of these will affect promotion smoothly of green construction.For the purpose of making the construction company have a clear understanding of the incremental cost of green construction,this paper is carrying out a research about the incremental cost forecast of green construction.From the perspective of discussing the influencing factors of incremental cost of green construction,this paper focuses on the analysis of the composition of key measures for incremental costs of green construction.By comparing to traditional construction measures,the green construction incremental cost measures were identified initially,and then the key measures of incremental green construction costs for highway projects were screened by using the literature research method,frequency statistics method,Then verify the correctness of the selected factors by using factor analysis.According to the specific conditions of the final incremental impact factors of green construction and the characteristics of traditional cost forecasting methods,a fuzzy support vector regression forecast model was constructed.The model was applied to the examples of incremental incremental costs for green construction.Filtering out the most similar to the project which to be constructed by using the closeness principle,using the sample data and adding different kernel functions to the support vector.In the regression model,the libsvm package was loaded with simulation calculations in the matlab 2016a software environment.Comparing predicted values to actual values,the kernel function which have the highest prediction accuracy and the most relevant kernel function was selected.In the final,the most suitable incremental cost forecast for green construction was obtained,Achieving scientific prediction of incremental costs for green construction.which is beneficial for construction companies to have a scientific understanding of the incremental cost of green construction.The green construction incremental cost forecasting model established in this paper can provide theoretical and practical significance for the promotion of green construction.It can not only enable the owner to understand the incremental construction cost of green construction in a timely manner,as a basis for project investment settlement,but also conducive to the construction company to carry out science Cost management.
