The Research Of The "Every Household Electricity" Project's Social Responsibility Cost Compensation In Power Supply Enterprises

The implementation of "Every Household Electricity" project is a result of the electricity power supply enterprises taking the social functions and social responsibility. In order to avoid the huge burden of electricity power supply enterprises due to the implemention of this projects and ensure the healthy development of power supply enterprise, establishing the compensatory mechanism of social responsibility cost in power supply enterprises,is a very urgent research and practical needs currently.Aim at the investment and operating characteristics of "Every Household Electricity" project in power supply enterprises, this paper analysis the specific cost composition of this project's social responsibility. By a general analysis of cost compensatory mechanism for corporate'social responsibility, this paper evaluated all compensatory mechanisms, selected the appropriate method to establish a model of compensatory mechanism for corporate'social responsibility cost and verified the model with the case of Q county.
